Livia serves as a firm-appointed mentor to summer students who aspire to practise in the area of civil and commercial litigation, as well as to associate lawyers in the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation department. She uses critical thinking and a strong understanding of the importance of language to resolve his client’s disputes.

Livia is passionate about fighting for fairness and integrity in her clients’ personal injury disputes. She effectively manages complex proceedings and is careful to keep her clients informed at all stages. In court, Livia is scrupulous in her preparation and quick to react to questions or new information or arguments.

She completed a LL.M. in Criminal Sciences at the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and joined our firm in early 2016. Among other achievements, she participated in an International English Course at the British Council and she holds a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) and also a ECDL Core Certificate.

Livia’s success as a civil litigator is founded on exhaustive preparation and strong communication skills. Livia employs creative thinking and persuasive reasoning to effectively and vigorously advocate for all her clients. Her litigation practice is wide ranging and includes contractual disputes, construction disputes, shareholder disputes, employer/employee relations, commercial lease enforcement, debt enforcement as well as litigation relating to personal injury and family disputes.
