For more than 10 years in practice, Paul has appeared before all levels of trial courts, including the Supreme Court of Romania. As a business litigator, Paul has been involved with a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, construction disputes, class proceedings, government investigations in health industry, shareholders' rights disputes and media & advertising litigation.

Being an certified insolvency practitioner from Romanian National Association of Practitioners in Insolvency (UNPIR), Paul brings a level-headed approach to his restructuring and insolvency practice, providing calm and considered representation and advice.

Paul has also deep and broad knowledge about healthcare and pharma regulation in Romania. For almost 7 years, Paul has advised pharmaceutical manufacturers and other participants in Romania’s pharma market, on a wide range of regulatory and commercial issues, and regularly appears before Romanian regulators, including the Romanian National Agency of Medicine and Medical Devices and Ministry of Health

A frequent writer and presenter, Paul has authored a number of publications and is often called on to speak at industry conferences. He is the author of a series of articles in the Romanian Weekly Law Reports and the professional journals Curierul Juridic, Pandectele Saptamanale etc. He is also a final-year PhD candidate at Faculty of Law – Bucharest University, currently writing his dissertation about garnishment proceedings regulated under the Romanian law. 

For three years, Paul has also been an external lecturer in Civil Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and currently he is associate professor at the “Nicolae Titulescu” University, lecturing Civile Procedure Law under the coordination of Professor Gabriel Boroi.
